🌟 Introduction
No Diwali is complete without Mysore Pak — soft, rich, and dripping with ghee.
This traditional South Indian sweet gets its perfect texture when made in Mahaa’s Tri-Ply pan that distributes heat evenly without scorching.
🧂 Ingredients
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
🔥 Method
- Dry roast besan in the Mahaa Tri-Ply Sauce Pan till aromatic.
- In another pan, boil sugar and water till one-string consistency.
- Gradually add roasted besan to the syrup, stirring continuously.
- Add ghee little by little till the mixture leaves the pan sides.
- Pour into greased tray, level, cool, and cut into cubes.

- Stir continuously to prevent lumps.
- Low-medium flame ensures soft, porous texture.
- Store in airtight steel box — lasts up to 10 days.
