🌟 Introduction

No Diwali is complete without Mysore Pak — soft, rich, and dripping with ghee.
This traditional South Indian sweet gets its perfect texture when made in Mahaa’s Tri-Ply pan that distributes heat evenly without scorching.

🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup water

🔥 Method

  1. Dry roast besan in the Mahaa Tri-Ply Sauce Pan till aromatic.
  2. In another pan, boil sugar and water till one-string consistency.
  3. Gradually add roasted besan to the syrup, stirring continuously.
  4. Add ghee little by little till the mixture leaves the pan sides.
  5. Pour into greased tray, level, cool, and cut into cubes.

  • Stir continuously to prevent lumps.
  • Low-medium flame ensures soft, porous texture.
  • Store in airtight steel box — lasts up to 10 days.
