We want you to love the products you purchase from us. If you have any concerns related to your order, please write to us within 7 days of delivery with the relevant details at contact@mahaexports.com
Thank you for shopping with Maha Kitchenware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and will do our best to resolve your concerns quickly and fairly.
Return
To return any faulty, damaged, incorrect, or unwanted product within 7 days of delivery, please email us at contact@mahaexports.com. Your return, refund, or exchange request will be reviewed, and the status will be updated within 72 working hours.
You may contact us for the following reasons:
- Return of unwanted items: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Missing or damaged items: If any part of your order is missing or arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs along with your order number.
- Faulty items: You may request a return or exchange for products found to be faulty.
Refund Policy for Unwanted Items
Refunds for unwanted items will be issued only for the amount paid for the returned product.
If your order included multiple products and only some items are returned, the refund will apply only to the returned item(s).
Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
For exchanges or issue resolution, processing may take up to 7 – 10 business days from the date we receive the product.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer care team by emailing contact@mahaaexports.com with the details of the issue.
We aim to respond to your email within two working days, outlining the next steps to process your request.
When contacting us, please ensure you include the following details, as we will be unable to process a return or refund without them:
- Order number (available in the order confirmation email)
- Product name or product reference (as shown on the website or order confirmation)
- Clear photos or videos showing the product in use and highlighting the issue, to help us assess the fault
Providing complete information will help us resolve your request more quickly.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. The email will confirm whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
COD Returns
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds cannot be processed in cash. The refund amount will be credited to your bank account.
To process your refund, please email contact@mahaaexports.com or do whatsapp message on contact number which is given below with the following bank details:
- Account holder name
- Bank account number
- IFSC code
Once the details are received, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
If the payment was made using a credit card, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
If needed, you may also contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@mahaaexports.com for further assistance.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at contact@mahaaexports.com with the order details and issue.
Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued above ₹500, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
Please ensure the product is packed securely. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return shipping.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition and packaging, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@mahaaexports.com.
Before Shipping:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount if paid and if not paid then you can contact us to cancel.
After Shipping:
If the order has already been shipped but not delivered, please contact our customer support team. Cancellation charges may apply.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
