Thank you for shopping at Maha Cauvery Export. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable food items and products that are opened or partially used. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@mahaexports.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will provide return instructions.
5. Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your card provider. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
