Order Processing & Dispatch:

- Orders placed before 4 PM on business days are dispatched same day (post confirmation).

- Orders placed after 4 PM are dispatched next business day.

- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

- Please allow extra time during festivals, holidays, or unexpected delays.

- For damaged or incorrect items, please do not accept the package or open the product. Contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
