Delivery Slots
Normally for orders set before 4 PM on a business day we intend to dispatch that day once request is confirmed. Orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the next Monday or the next working day. During special occasions or Pandemic, Such as holiday periods, Covid-19 there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses.
Additional one or more days require delivering for rural domestic addresses. In any case please do not accept any damaged package. Contact us asking for another piece. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Please follow the same in case you've received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn't open the packaging.
