Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India at this time.

If you place your order before 4 PM on a business day, we aim to ship it the same day after confirmation. Orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

Yes, we accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Please note: return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Yes, during festive seasons, holidays, or unexpected events like the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping and processing may be delayed slightly. We’ll keep you informed if that happens.

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take 1–2 extra working days compared to standard delivery times.

Please do not accept damaged packages. Inform us immediately, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open the packaging. Contact us, and we will arrange to send the correct item right away.
