🌟 Introduction

After weeks of sweets, snacks, and second servings, your taste buds (and tummy) are asking for a break. 😅
But eating light doesn’t mean eating bland.
This November, let’s bring back balance — with simple, flavorful, and nourishing dishes made in Mahaa stainless-steel cookware that helps you cook clean, light, and smart.

🥣 Why a Light Reset Matters

Indian festivals bring joy, but also a lot of sugar, ghee, and oil.
A gentle food reset helps:

  • Restore your digestion

  • Boost energy levels

  • Rebalance your body’s natural rhythm

It’s time to swap heavy gravies for clean, comforting meals that your body will thank you for.

  3. Add dal, rice, turmeric, salt, and water.

  2. Add garlic, sauté 10 seconds.

  3. Add all vegetables, stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
