🍋 Recipe 1: Moong Dal Khichdi (Post-Festive Detox Bowl)

Ingredients:

½ cup moong dal
-
½ cup rice
-
1 tbsp ghee
-
½ tsp cumin seeds
-
½ inch ginger (grated)
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
Salt to taste

3 cups water
Method:

Rinse dal and rice thoroughly.

Method:
