Ingredients
For Idlis

Idli batter – 2½ cups
-
Water – as needed (for steaming)
For Milk

Milk – 500 ml
-
Sugar – optional (to taste)
Method
Steam the Idlis

Grease idli plates lightly.

Pour batter into moulds.

Heat water in the Mahaa Idli Cooker.

Place plates inside, cover, and steam for 10–12 minutes.

Rest for 2 minutes, then unmould.
Boil the Milk
-
Pour milk into the Mahaa Milk Boiler.

Heat on medium flame.

Let it rise once, then reduce heat.

Switch off and serve hot.
