Ingredients

Beetroot (grated) – 3 cups

Milk – 1½ cups

Ghee – 2–3 tbsp

Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)

Cashews & almonds (chopped) – ¼ cup

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Method

Slow-Cook the Beetroot
Heat the Mahaa Fry Pan on medium flame. Add grated beetroot and milk.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until beetroot softens and milk reduces. -
Build the Halwa
Add ghee and sugar. Mix well and continue cooking till the mixture thickens and turns glossy. -
Nutty Finish
Stir in chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Cook for another 3–5 minutes. -
Rest & Serve
Switch off heat and let it rest briefly. Serve warm.
