Cooked in Mahaa Fry Pan

A rich, nutty winter dessert made by slow-cooking beetroot in a Mahaa stainless-steel Fry Pan. Even heating, family-safe steel, and perfect texture—ideal for festive and everyday indulgence.

Cookware Used

  • Mahaa Stainless Steel Fry Pan (family-safe, food-grade steel)

Ingredients

  • Beetroot (grated) – 3 cups

  • Milk – 1½ cups

  • Ghee – 2–3 tbsp

  • Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)

  • Cashews & almonds (chopped) – ¼ cup

  • Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method

  1. Slow-Cook the Beetroot
Heat the Mahaa Fry Pan on medium flame. Add grated beetroot and milk.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until beetroot softens and milk reduces.

  2. Build the Halwa
Add ghee and sugar. Mix well and continue cooking till the mixture thickens and turns glossy.

  3. Nutty Finish
Stir in chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Cook for another 3–5 minutes.

  4. Rest & Serve
Switch off heat and let it rest briefly. Serve warm.
