Garlic Butter Prawns

Quick, Delicious & Restaurant-Style in Mahaa Fry Pan

Ingredients 

  • 250 g Prawns (cleaned, deveined)
  • 5–6 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Butter + 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley or Coriander (for garnish) 

Instructions 

1. Sauté Garlic: 
Heat butter + oil in the Mahaa Fry Pan. Add garlic and sauté till golden. 

2. Add Prawns: 
Add prawns, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat 2–3 mins per side till pink and curled. 

3. Finish with Lemon: 
Squeeze in lemon juice and stir well. 

4. Garnish & Serve: 
Serve hot as starter or side with steamed rice.
