Ingredients
For Lemon Rice:

Cooked rice – 2 cups

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Urad dal – 1 tsp

Chana dal – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – few

Green chilies – 2

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

Oil – 2 tbsp

For Potato Fry:

Boiled potatoes – 3, cubed

Chili powder – ½ tsp

Curry leaves – few

Salt – to taste
Method

Temper Rice: Heat oil in Mahaa Deep Kadai, add mustard, dals, curry leaves, and green chilies.

Add turmeric, salt, rice; mix well. Turn off flame, add lemon juice.

Fry Potatoes: In the same kadai, heat a little oil, add potatoes, chili powder, curry leaves, and sauté till crisp.
