🌟 Introduction

When fried evenly in Mahaa’s deep pan and soaked in warm syrup, every bite melts in your mouth.

🧂 Ingredients

For Jamuns:

  • 1 cup khoya (grated)

  • 3 tbsp maida

  • Pinch of baking soda

  • Milk as needed

For Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup water

  • 2 cardamoms

  • Few saffron strands

🔥 Method

  1. Mix khoya, maida, soda, and milk to form soft dough.

  2. Make small smooth balls.

  3. Heat ghee in Mahaa Fry Pan, fry on low flame till golden.

  4. Prepare sugar syrup; add cardamom & saffron.

  5. Soak jamuns in warm syrup for 2–3 hours before serving.
