🧂 Ingredients
For Jamuns:

1 cup khoya (grated)

3 tbsp maida

Pinch of baking soda

Milk as needed
For Syrup:

1 cup sugar

½ cup water

2 cardamoms

Few saffron strands

Mix khoya, maida, soda, and milk to form soft dough.

Make small smooth balls.

Heat ghee in Mahaa Fry Pan, fry on low flame till golden.

Prepare sugar syrup; add cardamom & saffron.
