When fried evenly in Mahaa’s deep pan and soaked in warm syrup, every bite melts in your mouth.
🧂 Ingredients
For Jamuns:
- 1 cup khoya (grated)
- 3 tbsp maida
- Pinch of baking soda
- Milk as needed
For Syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 cardamoms
- Few saffron strands
🔥 Method
- Mix khoya, maida, soda, and milk to form soft dough.
- Make small smooth balls.
- Heat ghee in Mahaa Fry Pan, fry on low flame till golden.
- Prepare sugar syrup; add cardamom & saffron.
- Soak jamuns in warm syrup for 2–3 hours before serving.
