🧂 Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice flour
  • ½ cup urad dal flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil for deep fry

  1. Combine all dry ingredients; rub in butter.
