Ingredients

  • 4 Fish Fillets (Seer/King Fish or Pomfret)
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour (for extra crispiness)
  • 2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

1. Marinate:
Mix all spices and lemon juice. Coat fish evenly and let it rest for 10–15 mins.

2. Shallow Fry in Mahaa Pan:
Heat oil in your non-stick Mahaa Fry Pan. Place fillets carefully.

3. Cook Evenly:
Fry 3–4 minutes per side till crisp and golden. Do not overcrowd the pan.

4. Drain & Serve:
Place on absorbent paper. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.

🍽️ Mahaa Tip:

Non-stick pans reduce sticking even with delicate fish – and require less oil for perfect crisp!
