Paneer Tikka Stir-Fry

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10–12 mins
Serves: 2–3
Difficulty: Easy
Product Used: Mahaa Fry Pan (Chroma Non-Stick or Professional SS)

Ingredients

For Marinade:

  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp Thick Curd
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (for color)
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Besan (optional for coating)

For Stir-Fry:

  • 1 tbsp Oil or Ghee
  • 1 Onion (cut into petals)
  • 1 Capsicum (cut into cubes)
  • 1 Tomato (deseeded, cubed)
  • Chaat Masala (for garnish)
  • Fresh Coriander (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Marinate the Paneer:
Mix all marinade ingredients well. Add paneer cubes and coat gently. Let it rest for 10–15 mins (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).

2. Heat the Mahaa Fry Pan:
Add oil/ghee and heat on medium flame. Once hot, place marinated paneer cubes spaced apart for a nice sear.

3. Sear to Golden:
Cook paneer on each side for 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

4. Sauté Veggies:
In the same pan, add onions, capsicum, and tomatoes. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until slightly charred but still crisp.

5. Combine & Finish:
Add seared paneer back in, toss everything together for 1 minute. Sprinkle chaat masala and fresh coriander.

🍽️ Mahaa Tip:

For best searing, don’t overcrowd the pan. Let each paneer cube get direct contact with the even-heating surface of your Mahaa Fry Pan.
