Product Used: Mahaa Fry Pan (Chroma or Professional Series) 

Ingredients 

  • 400 g Boneless Chicken (cut into small pieces) 

  • 1½ tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 

  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 

  • ½ tsp Turmeric 

  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Juice of ½ Lemon 

  • Few Curry Leaves 

  • 2 tbsp Oil 

  • Fresh Coriander for garnish 

Instructions 

  1. Marinate Chicken: 
    Mix chicken with ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, and salt. Let sit for 15–30 mins. 

  1. Sear in Mahaa Fry Pan: 
    Heat oil in the Mahaa Fry Pan. Add marinated chicken and spread out evenly. 

  1. Cook Covered: 
    Cover and cook on medium flame for 8–10 mins until chicken is tender. 

  1. Fry to Finish: 
    Remove lid, add curry leaves, and fry on high heat for 3–4 mins until the outer edges turn crisp. 

  1. Garnish & Serve: 
    Top with chopped coriander. Serve hot with roti or rice. 

🍽️ Mahaa Tip: 

Use the tri-ply or non-stick base for better browning without burning — and less oil!
