Introduction
Steamed momos are comfort food made guilt-free. The Mahaa Smart Steamer ensures uniform cooking and that perfect translucent sheen.
Ingredients
For Dough:

Maida – 1½ cups

Water – as needed

Salt – ½ tsp
For Filling:

Cabbage, carrot, capsicum (finely chopped) – 1 cup

Onion – ½ cup

Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp

Soy sauce – 1 tsp

Vinegar – ½ tsp
-
Salt & pepper – to taste
Method

Prepare Dough: Mix flour, salt, and water; knead smooth. Rest 30 min.

Make Filling: Sauté vegetables and seasoning briefly in a Mahaa Fry Pan. Cool.

Shape Momos: Roll small discs, add filling, pleat and twist shut.

Steam: Add water to Mahaa Smart Steamer, arrange momos, and steam 8–10 min.
Mahaa Tip
Use warm water while kneading for softer texture; add a drop of sesame oil to prevent sticking inside the steamer.
