🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick curd (preferably homemade)

  • 2 cups chilled water

  • ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp black salt

  • A pinch of asafoetida (hing)

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 3–4 mint leaves (optional)

  • 1 small green chilli, slit (optional)

  2. Add water: Slowly pour in chilled water and whisk until frothy.

  3. Season: Add cumin powder, salt, hing, and chopped herbs.
